The first snow storm of the season put a little hiccup into plans to start two new listings this week. I have 3 bedroom colonial in Nanuet that was going to hit the market this week as well as a 2 bedroom townhome in Amber Fields, also Nanuet. We had an appointment with a photographer to shoot pictures in Amber Fields today, which is now postponed until Monday. The listing would have started tomorrow but I feel, and the homeowner agreed, that hitting the ground running with all the marketing in place makes a better first impression online. Listings get the most eyeballs when they first go active so we’ve decided its better to have everything in place before activating the listing. Stay tuned next week for more info.
