Each of these Suffern buildings houses four units, two upper condos and two lower level condos.  Some units have a convenient cut through stair case from inside the unit to the basement level with private laundry.  Most of these cut thoughts can be found on Milford Court and Bon Aire Circle.  Units without the cut through stair case can access the basement from the common hallway. Condo owners may finish the basement to create an extra room but first with prior board approval. These Suffern condos have front and back doors and the private decks can be screened.

This area of Rockland County also offers scenic views of Ramapo Mountains and a jogging trail for exercise lovers. The most expensive home ever sold in Bon Aire (excluding Bon Aire Commons, Jamie Court Suffern Townhouses) sold for $407,000 in August 2006.  This was a 3 level townhouse with windows facing grassy courtyards. Yet parking is only steps away from the front door. This Suffern townhome had new bathrooms gutted from the tile out.  This home was also recently painted, had new central air, new windows, wall to wall carpeting, large eat in kitchen plus formal dining room. The master bedroom in this Suffern condo had two walk in closets and a mirrored dressing area with a sink and vanity. An oversized second bedroom had double closets and the lower level had a finished, carpeted family room and laundry room with tons of storage.
