Recent townhouses in the Knolls have sold between $350,000 and $375,000. The most expensive home ever sold in the Knolls sold for $450,000 in August 2006. This was a magnificent tri-level townhome in mint condition. Large bright 3 bedroom end unit, 2.5 baths, in one of the BEST locations in the Knolls.
