In this post, I’m going to take a look at market activity for Village Green townhomes in Bardonia. Village Green is located off Route 304 in Bardonia. This complex has 112 units and is a part of the Clarkstown school district. In the table below you can see which units sold in the first half of 2022 and for how much compared to the asking price. (DOM stands for days on market) Consistent with what we saw elsewhere throughout the Rockland County real estate market, every unit sold for at least full price and higher. 64 Village Green which sold for $510,000 was the highest price sale ever recorded in this complex.
