How’s the market?

The most expensive condo ever sold within Retreat at Airmont sold for a whopping $534,900
in October 2006. This was a 2 bedroom with a den, 1726 square ft condo.  So much for downsizing!

Since units were originally purchased in 2002 and 2003 the first round of resale characterizes our inventory. 

At time of construction the smaller units sold for as little as $230,700 with larger homes
