The most expensive home ever sold in Forest Ridge sold for $712,500 in August 2007. This Rockland County condo featured maple cabinets and granite counter-tops highlighted by slate accents. Through a set of French Doors lies a formal dining room and adjoining parlor. The cathedral living room leads to a deck with views of the Hudson River in the distance. More recently, two homes in Forest Ridge sold for $560,000 and $569,000. These homes sold in April and May of 2012.
