Currently, buyers can purchase a one bedroom condo in Normandy Village between 150,000 and 175,000.  (Give or take) 2 bedrooms can sell in the low 200,000’s. The most expensive condo to ever sell in Normandy Village sold for $315,000 in November 2008. This was an updated top floor, two bedroom Rockland condo with renovated bathrooms, new windows and new carpeting. This condo had a view of the courtyard.
