The most expensive home ever sold on Foltim Way sold for $428,500 at the peak of the market, August 2005.  This was a pristine home with hardwood floors, built in humidifier, security system and custom shelving in the garage and attic. These days, Foltim Way Condos can be purchased near $300,000.
