The most expensive condo ever sold in Germonds Village sold for $245,000 in February, 2007.  This was an upgraded first floor unit in mint condition with lots of amenities including a sparkling kitchen with new countertops and ceramic tile floor.  There was a new bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.  All appliances were new.  (Washer/ dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and hot water heater.)
